The Alaska dining experience at Rainbow King Lodge begins with a sumptuous breakfast served in our luxurious dining room. Freshly Prepared Shore Lunches
You won’t have to worry about coming back to the lodge for lunch if the fish are biting because Rainbow King guides will make a freshly prepared shore lunch. We have never been able to establish the origins of the shore lunch, my guess would be that some hungry angler decided to cook his or her catch along the shore of some wilderness lake or river. I can just see some old-time fishermen dropping fresh fillets into a cast iron frying pan sizzling over a bed of hot coals. One thing for sure, whoever it was, they knew they were onto something good!
